Founder & Leadership

Luka Oceng

Luka Oceng is a strategy, agrifood and social-impact professional with experience spanning government, agriculture, education and enterprise development.

His professional background includes work connected with agricultural policy and stakeholder coordination in South Sudan, agribusiness and value-chain development in Uganda, and the establishment and management of a community-focused education organisation in the United Kingdom.

He holds an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security from the Royal Agricultural University and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from the University of East London.

His experience combines strategic and institutional engagement with practical operational leadership, providing the foundation for Oceng Consulting’s approach to advisory and implementation support.
